I was delighted to be asked to speak at the Synesthesia talk series in the Liquor Rooms in Dublin along with Susan Coughlan from Purposeful Play, Simon Dennehy from Perch, and Stephen Dignam.  I spoke about my recent work – the Naturama books and my Benson St commission. The theme was movement so I focused on how I add movement to my drawings – mainly by adding a narrative in the images – and creating a little world for the birds and animals to live in so that you can imagine them living there. The audience were really lovely and asked loads of questions after.

There are more in the series, the 3rd Tuesday of every month so might see you at one of them :) Thanks so much to Sam from Fumbally Exchange for organising them in collaboration with the Liquor Rooms who gave us a great welcome and free cocktails! There isn’t a page I can send you to for all the events but you can find out about the next one in June here.
